In this we offer a training with ideal practices and a comprehensive understanding of the best way to operate and maintain our equipment. After 2-weeks, you have a choice to either return or buy our equipment.

30-day Return Policy

A 30-day return/ refund policy on almost all discrete Instruments excluding sensors if the customer is not happy/ satisfied with the performance of the product.

Buy-Back service

If you would like to upgrade your old instrument with a new one or buy a higher end product, our qualified engineers will be happy to assist you to offer the latest products available from our offerings and send a buyback offer.

Buy back services will help you to upgrade your processes with brand new instruments.

Installation & Maintenance Services

Depending on the type of equipment and application, we have 3 types of packages available to accommodate your specific requirements:

  • Discrete installation with our service cost
  • AMC - Annual maintenance of our equipment and regular checkup and its associate costs
  • CMC - Comprehensive maintenance of our equipment with its spare parts and its associated costs

Repair service in Warranty or Post Warranty

Our Service Technicians will be there with a repair solution at your facility, providing:

  • Original spare parts/ replacements
  • Factory training & testing to factory specifications & fixing back your equipment

Our Service Centres/ Factory will provide:

  • Equipments returned to factory specifications duly calibrated
  • Quick turnaround time

Sales Order Processing Service

Technical/ Installation service on Phone

Toshcon offers services on phone/ Email for Technical support and advice for all instrument products from specialists to improve the operational reliability of your instruments. We help you during the instrument start-up phase to save you time and money and you can then get started with your first measurements immediately. This is done within 24 hours of your request.

a) Onsite - TPO

Our onsite trainings for installation & maintenance with ideal practices will deliver a comprehensive understanding of the best way to operate and maintain equipment, ensuring processes & their measurement are effective & accurate. It would include:

  • Set-up of standard parameters
  • Installation & functional testing of equipment to user satisfaction

b) Factory/ Service Centre - TPF

Our Factory trainings for installation & maintenance with ideal practices will deliver a comprehensive understanding of the best way to operate and maintain equipment, ensuring processes & their measurement are effective & accurate. We offer a free stay & food facility for your personnel who will visit our Factory for Training services

Zero Repair Costs

Zero repair costs for almost all products within 3 years from date of invoice excluding sensors.

This also includes reimbursement of the to-and-fro costs to the customers.
